The Quill & Cloak is an intimate, carefully curated adult mini book fair celebrating stories, style, and community. Browse indie authors, special edition books, bookish merchandise, artisan goods, and literary treasures designed for readers who never stopped loving the thrill of discovering something new between the pages.
Enjoy meeting authors, connect with fellow book lovers, and experience a small fantasy fashion show.
Because we didn’t outgrow book fairs…we just needed one made for us.
Entry is $5 to support event production and all guests will be entered into our event raffle.
Guests will also receive a Quill & Cloak Quest Card at entry. Explore the mini fair, visit vendors, discover featured items, and complete your card for bonus raffle entries
Please note there is no dedicated parking to this venue but plenty of parking is available on surrounding blocks.

Inspired by the White Raven in the Crescent City series, this is not your typical night out.
This is where the bass takes over. Come as your favorite Crescent City character…or any fantasy inspired character! No knowledge of the series is necessary.
Early bird pricing is limited to the first 25 guests only. Once they’re claimed, prices increase.
We highly recommend securing your ticket in advance as pricing will be highest at the door the night of the event.

Midnight Overture: The Maestro's Masquerade
When The Castle doors open, the night begins with a promise of music… but not all melodies are meant to soothe the soul.
Deep within gothic halls and beneath flickering candlelight, a mysterious Maestro gathers an audience of masked nobility, performers, and strangers drawn by rumor and intrigue. Some say he is a genius. Others whisper he is a madman. What is known is this: he seeks a Muse worthy of his masterpiece, and he will stop at nothing to claim one.
Guests are invited to enter a world of dark fantasy and decadent spectacle where velvet masks conceal ambition, jealousy, and secrets that refuse to stay buried. Throughout the evening live performances, theatrical encounters, and unfolding scenes will draw you deeper into the Maestro’s shadowed domain. Conversations in quiet corridors may reveal hidden alliances, while a chance encounter on the dance floor could expose a deadly truth.
But beware… not everyone who enters the masquerade will leave unchanged.
As the night unfolds, tensions rise and whispers grow sharper. Rivalries simmer beneath polite smiles, forbidden fascinations ignite, and somewhere within The Castle walls a sinister plot begins to reveal itself. Guests will find themselves immersed in a living story where clues are scattered among the performers, and the fate of the evening may rest in the hands of those brave enough to follow the mystery.
Will the Maestro discover the perfect Muse to immortalize in his dark symphony?
Will the truth behind the masquerade be revealed before the final note is played?
Or will the night end in tragedy beneath the masks?

The venue is located right next to Yeti’s Pizza, so if you skip dinner, you’re welcome to order food and bring it over during the event. A bar will also be available with themed drinks for purchase.
